77jya Terms and Conditions

1. General Rules

77jya is an online gaming platform that provides various entertainment gaming services for players in Bangladesh, including sports betting, live casino, slots, fishing games and card games. These terms and conditions apply to all services on the platform.

• Members must read and accept these Terms in full before using the 77jya platform.
• 77jya reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Changes take effect as soon as they are published.
• Continued use of the platform means you have accepted the updated Terms.
• These Terms are written in English and are to be interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable in Bangladesh.
• If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid, the remaining parts remain fully in force.

2. Account Registration

A personal account is required to play games and carry out any financial transactions on 77jya. The following conditions apply to account registration:

• Allowing any third party to use your account is strictly prohibited.
• If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact 77jya support immediately.
• The account holder is solely responsible for all activity carried out through their account.

3. Age Verification and Identity

77jya places the highest importance on protecting minors from gaming. The following policy is followed for identity and age verification:

• 77jya may request a valid government-issued ID from a member at any time to verify their identity and age.
• Withdrawals may be temporarily placed on hold until the verification process is complete.
• Providing false information may result in account closure and forfeiture of any winnings.
• All documents submitted for identity verification will be kept secure in accordance with 77jya's Privacy Policy.
• If a minor creates an account, that account will be closed immediately and any deposited funds will be returned.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 77jya platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). The following rules apply to deposits and withdrawals:

4.1 Deposits

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳100 (for all methods).
• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay.
• Deposited funds are generally credited to the account within a few minutes.
• Deposits must be made only from a payment method registered in the account holder's own name.
• Deposits through a third party are strictly prohibited.

4.2 Withdrawals

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000.
• Processing time: withdrawals are generally completed within 15 minutes to 2 hours.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals will not be processed until the wagering requirement for a bonus has been met.
• Withdrawals may be temporarily held if identity verification is still pending.
• Withdrawals may be suspended during an investigation if fraud or a breach of rules is suspected.

5. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

77jya offers various bonuses and promotional offers to its members. The following general terms apply to all bonus offers:

5.1 Welcome Bonus

• New members will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000.
• The wagering requirement for this bonus is 25x (deposit + bonus).
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met.
• Each member may receive the welcome bonus only once.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer may have its own validity period and terms, which will be stated at the time the offer is announced.
• Whether multiple bonuses can be used together will be specified in the terms of the relevant offer.
• If evidence of bonus abuse is found, 77jya reserves the right to cancel the bonus.
• 77jya reserves the right to change or cancel promotional offers at any time.
• A maximum withdrawal limit may apply to winnings derived from a bonus.

5.3 VIP Program

The 77jya VIP Program has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum. Members can move up to higher tiers through regular gaming activity and enjoy additional benefits. Weekly cashback is provided at up to 0.4% at Bronze tier, 0.8% at Silver, 1.1% at Gold and 1.5% at Platinum.

6. Gaming Rules

All games on the 77jya platform are conducted fairly and transparently. The following rules must be followed regarding gaming:

• Each game has its own rules, which are set out in detail on the game page.
• If a game result is voided due to a technical error, the staked amount will be returned to the member's account.
• In the event of a dispute regarding a game result, 77jya's server log will be treated as the final record.
• 77jya will not be held responsible for issues caused by network disconnection.
• In live games the dealer's decision is final, though an appeal may be made in the case of an obvious error.
• For sports betting, if a match is cancelled, the stake placed before the match started will be returned.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 77jya platform. Those who violate these rules will have their account closed and may face legal action:

• Money laundering or transacting with funds from illegal sources.
• Bonus arbitrage or systematic abuse of bonuses.
• Collusion — gaining an unfair advantage by colluding with other players.
• Use of software bots, automation tools or any other unauthorised technology.
• Hacking or cheating the platform's software or any form of cyber attack.
• Operating multiple accounts from the same household or the same IP address.
• Harassing, insulting or threatening other members.
• Operating an account on behalf of a third party or acting as part of a professional betting syndicate.

8. Account Suspension and Closure

77jya reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close a member's account in the following circumstances:

8.1 Reasons for Suspension

• During an investigation into an alleged breach of any clause of the Terms.
• While an identity or age verification process is underway.
• At the member's own request (self-exclusion or cooling-off period).
• During an investigation into suspected financial fraud.

8.2 Consequences of Closure

• If an account is closed due to a breach of the Terms, any bonus funds and bonus-related winnings in the account will be forfeited.
• The member's own deposited funds (excluding bonuses) will generally be returned, subject to the outcome of any investigation.
• If a member wishes to contest the closure of their account, they may contact us via 24/7 live chat or email.

8.3 Voluntary Account Closure

Any member may request to close their account at any time. Contact 77jya live chat support to make the request. Members will be given the opportunity to withdraw any remaining balance before the account is closed.

9. Responsible Gaming

77jya believes that gaming is an entertainment activity and should be enjoyed responsibly. We help our members maintain healthy gaming habits.

• Members can set their own daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits.
• A "cooling-off" period can be activated for a temporary break.
• The self-exclusion option can be chosen for a longer break.

11. Limitation of Liability

77jya's liability is limited or excluded in the following situations:

• 77jya is not responsible for losses caused by internet disconnection, power outages, or issues with a member's device.
• If account information is stolen or hacked due to the member's own negligence.
• For failures or delays caused by third-party payment methods.
• If the service is discontinued due to government restrictions or changes in law.
• If the service is disrupted due to Force Majeure or uncontrollable circumstances.

In any situation, 77jya's maximum liability for a single incident shall not exceed the total amount deposited by the relevant member in the past 30 days.

12. Changes to Terms

77jya reserves the right to change, amend, or update these rules and terms and conditions at any time.

• Members will be notified of significant changes to the terms via email or a notice on the platform before the changes take effect.
• Updated terms and conditions will take effect from the date of publication.
• If a member continues to use the platform after changes have been made, they will be considered to have accepted the new terms and conditions.
• If a member does not agree to the new terms and conditions, they may close their account and withdraw their balance.
